For more than 10 years experience of Executive Education Center, we designed our Public Program to match your career goals. Our exceptional curriculum has develop the skills, knowledge, confidence and behaviors that you need to be a high-performing middle management leaders.

The intensity of the training may range from intensive full-day everyday for a number of days or weeks, to one or two days per month over a number of months, to accommodate working commitment of the participants. At the end of the training, participants with satisfactory performance receive either Mini-Master in Management certificates or certificates of attendance from CMMU.

Instructors assigned to the course are from CMMU’s regular pool of instructors who teach in our Master’s Degree programs.

Training will generally run 6 hours per day, from 9:00 to 12:00 and 1:00 to 4:00 pm, with morning and afternoon breaks. Training normally takes place on CMMU campus with high-quality training facilities and where participants can concentrate on studying without interruption from their daily responsibilities.
